Apostle Vladimir and Victoria Muntian are the founders of the World Revival Mission. They have been serving God for over 30 years. The purpose of their lives is to spread the Gospel and save souls for eternal life.
Apostle Vladimir and Victoria graduated from the International Bible College, 'Light of the Gospel'. Following this, they were sent as missionaries to the small rural Ukrainian town of Pereshchepino. They later continued their education at various spiritual institutes, where Vladimir received a doctorate in theology.
The Apostle Vladimir is an example of a strong leader who built a large-scale ministry from scratch. The Apostle Vladimir's teachings inspire and transform people's lives by introducing them to Jesus Christ and helping them to build a close relationship with the Holy Spirit. After experiencing a personal encounter with God, Apostle Vladimir received a revelation about the spiritual world. Since then, not a single service has passed without healing and miracles. To date, tens of thousands of people have received healing from chronic and incurable diseases and liberation from ancestral issues, generational curses and inflicted curses.
Victoria is anointed by God to heal the soul. Thanks to her teachings, instructions and prayers, many people around the world have been freed from their emotional wounds, find inner peace and harmony, receive strength for a new, meaningful life. Many of those who were on the verge of despair, even contemplating suicide, have found freedom and are now living fulfilling lives. Families on the brink of collapse are being restored, returning to love and mutual understanding.

The annual International Bible College 'Mount of Moses', founded by Apostle Vladimir Muntian, became a real phenomenon. More than 10,000 people from 130 countries around the world came to the college each year to spend a whole month studying and praying, experiencing the incredible presence of the Holy Spirit and receiving answers and miracles for their lives.
The next stage of spiritual training was the International Summit ''The Fourth Dimension', held annually by the Apostle and Victoria. Summit 2024 took place in Rome, Italy. It was five days filled with miracles, healings and life transformations.
Over the years of the ministry, Vladimir and Victoria Muntian have held many sensational healing crusades, gathering halls of many thousands in Ukraine, Europe and Africa. Supernatural miracles occurred at these meetings - people threw down their walking sticks, got up from their wheelchairs, cancer tumors disappeared, incurable diseases were healed.

God gave Apostle Vladimir a mission to enter every country in the world through television and the Internet. God told the Apostle that He was "establishing his pulpit on the Internet" - and that was the moment of the start of a new era for his ministry.

Today, Vladimir Muntian heads one of the most popular Christian Youtube channels, “World Revival Mission”, which broadcasts sermons, original programs, and prayers of the Apostle and Victoria around the clock. In this way, the Holy Spirit enters people’s homes, performs incredible miracles: saves, heals from incurable diseases, frees from depression and suicide, destroys ancestral and induced curses.

The teachings and prayers of the Apostle and Victoria are translated into more than 30 languages ​​and distributed via the Internet and television, reaching a wide audience around the world.
